Gazen Salts Naure Reserve is situated on the outskirts of the town of Sandwich. A few years ago there was a lot of flooding which badly affected the Reserve. For 5 years nothing was done, but it is now being looked after by an amazing new team of workers and volunteers and is well on its way to being even better than before the flooding.
Work is planned to dredge the river flowing through the site.
So amazingly peaceful walking along the paths.
